At Delmi Training Institute, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. Every year, Canadian Security Association / Association canadienne de la sécurité (CANASA) (CANASA’s) Security Canada Central offers an opportunity to experience the latest innovations, gain industry insights, and connect with professionals who are shaping the future of security. Looking back at our 2024 experience fills us with excitement as we prepare for Security Canada Central 2025.
Delmi at CANASA:
Our Journey HighlightsIn 2022, Delmi Training Institute participated as an exhibitor at CANASA, and it was an incredible opportunity to showcase our mission and the training we provide to security professionals across Ontario. At our booth, we demonstrated hands-on skills such as fiber optic fusion splicing, CommScope jack termination, and the wiring and configuration of access control systems. Beyond the technical demonstrations, it was a chance to connect directly with industry experts and highlight how we equip the next generation of security professionals with the skills the industry demands.

In 2024, we attended CANASA not as exhibitors, but with a focus on exploring and learning. We joined the event as educators and industry professionals, bringing along some of our students from Delmi Training Institute and technicians from Delmi Solutions Inc. to experience the security industry first-hand. During the event, we actively participated in sessions and activities, connected with over a hundred industry professionals, and gathered valuable insights that continue to shape how we train the next generation of security specialists.

Looking Forward to Security Canada Central 2025:
Security Canada Central 2025 will take place at the Toronto Congress Centre on October 22 and 23. This premier gathering will showcase state-of-the-art technology, feature educational sessions with industry leaders, and provide countless opportunities to network with installers, integrators, educators, and students from across Canada.
